Missing auditing tab windows xp

I opened Active Directory Users and Computers. I searched on my own user account, and viewed the properties. ALL kinds of tabs are missing, even the basic ones. The only tabs I have are:. I went to another PC I have here running Win7, opened AD, looked at my account, and all of the missing tabs are still there on the Win7 machine, so nothing has changed to my Master Account.

Here is what is available:. I have every single box, and sub-box checked. Does anyone have any ideas? I was going to attempt to install the old Win8. Let me know. Thank you very much!

FYI, I have both the tsuserex. These files were already there though, after I installed everything. Also, I do in fact have the Advances Features option checked as well. Do I need to copy the files over from the Win7 or Win8. Or since they are already there, should that be enough already? Well, any ideas on how to get these tabs to appear? I went to test this out on one box and I saw no problems. When I went to make the change on another box I noticed the Auditing tab in the Advanced Security Settings window was missing. I quickly looked on several other servers and found it missing as well.

Not a problem I said, I'll check the policy on those boxes something is obviously different. I can't see what though.
