Until i came across this book on the shelve in popular book shop One of the famous bookshop company in the sunny island of Singapore. My wife told me this theory is very famous in China as it teaches us how to handle every problem. After hearing it, i went and brought it from kindle sorry Popular i want to kill lessen trees Does the Thick black Theory really like what my wife said as it can handle all situation?

The short answer is yes. It e I haven't heard of the thick black theory before. It explore how successful people has two main trait , the first one being Very thick skin and the second one being Very black heart. These two trait are a direct translation from the Chinese langauge.

Thick skin means the person can let go of their pride and ego to get what they want, their action doesn't follow their ego or pride, they just focus on the goal. The second trait which is Very black heart mean the person is very evil and willing to let do whatever it take to achieve it goal. The two famous example is Liu Bei and CaoCao from the Romance of the three kingdom, Liu Bei was the fine example of having a thick skin.

And CaoCao was a fine example of having a very black heart. These two trait are what makes a hero. The book explore a dark area in humanity which people tend to avoid and successful people knowing it will use it to their advantage. It give reader an actual realization of the how dark this world is.

Saint and hero all has the thick and the black as their weapon A sales man or a manager is very thick skin and willing to say shameless thing to achieve their goal. A politician or a businessman is very black heart to destroy the environment or to destroy their enemies to get to their goal. All is done within a "pseudo-Moral compass" i made that up myself It a great book to read.
