Oni save game location

I'm also farely new to steam so my wording my be off Be it either accessing the save files can't find them if they are present or save via "the cloud" similar to how games like Rocket League can save my car customizations, ranking, stats where ever i log in Im assuming the latter is less likely just because of the nature of what information needs to be saved.
