Brought it back to KMS and told me the warranty part will take 1 week. It has since been 2 months have have yet to hear back. Keep calling back and all I ever get is a snarly girl telling me that if I haven't received a phone call then it's not here.

Called the general manager and he doesn't even return phone calls nor emails. Terrible terrible company. Have spent a lot of money over the years at this store. A vast variety of woodworking tools, metal, cars, it all seems to be there.

Staff are decent, had one issue with an ordered part that took 6 weeks to arrive when they said 10 days, but other than that everything has been good.
